About the Event
LPF Kiddies Club's 'Summer Holiday Club'Â
Access to Art Project (Mondays, Tuesdays and Thursdays) offers a great opportunity to celebrate African and Caribbean arts, culture and history through a range of arts based workshops, trips and activities for local children aged 9 to 14 years old to engage in throughout the summer. From painting portriats to making dital art, from learning how to do African dancing or African drumming, to making clay pots and visiting some of Londons biggest attractions our programme is packed with a whole load of activites to make learning meaningful and fun for children all through the summer holidays.
Divas and SEND project (every wednesday for 5 to 14 years old) offering inclusives sessions to allow for our younger children and autistic siblings to join in the fun with us. Our playzone consists of sensory play workshops, pop up arcade with computer games, arts and crafts lessons and a whole lot of fun toys and games for children to play withÂ
Club Fee:Â
Free for Club members  (who have paid membership for 2022/2023)Â
You can become a club member by completing a membership form via our website and paying the annual registration fee of £35 per family of up to 3 siblings. Upon completion of your membership your children will be able to attend the Access to Art summer club for free and you will benefit from the discounted rate on all club activites, outings, workshops and events for 1 year.Â
Free for children who live in Abbey Wood or Thamesmead (you will not need to pay the annual membership fee but you will need to complete a membership form and show proof of address to access our Access to Art summer club activities for free)
You will be charged the non Members fee of £16 per day if your child is not elligable for the free places and you opt out of paying the membership fee.
Please complete a membership form for each child when booking your child/rens places for holiday club as your childen may not be allowed to attend club activities if you have not completed your membership. Â
Confirmation of your booking: Once we have recieved your booking we will process it and send you confirmation of the places available for your child/ren. Please note that your child/rens place is not guaranteed if you do not complete a membership form.Â
If your child is not eligible for a free place and you have opted not to pay the membership fee we will send you an invoice for the cost of your booking at the rae of £16 per club day which is payable in advance.
Cancelations: Please note we do not offer refunds on places cancelled without atleast 48 hours writen notice.
Please note: There are no club activities on Fridays.Â
The Access to Art project is half day on Wednesday's from 1pm till 3.30pm, children who have booked  Wednesday's will also be able to attend both projects running on that day from 11am. Please check our website for more details.Â
