STEM Heroes Online Science Event

LPF Kiddies Club Presents Our 6th Annual STEM Heroes Club's British Science Week Event

This year we will be going virtual with our event taking place via zoom!!

We have planned a day filled with lots of fun and highly interactive science-based activities, challenges, workshops and games dedicated to engaging children and young people with the world of STEM.

During the event children will be given the opportunity to work with and hear from a diverse range of science professionals and science students from a variety of science backgrounds.

This year’s theme is: Technology 'Toys and Games'

On the day there will be:

• An online game designing workshop
• An online escape room
• Games and challenges
• Interactive Quiz
• Talks from science students
• Presentation by a science professional from the gaming industry
• And more

We also have some great prizes to be won on the day

Saturday 13th March

1pm till 4pm

Online via Zoom

Workshops are suitable for 9-14-year-olds

Children will need:

Paper

A pen/Pencil

Access to a phone/ smart device (other than what they login to the event with)

Login information and any additional resources needed will be shared after booking

This workshop will be best accessed via a laptop or tablet

Tickets priced at £7.50 per child aged 9 to 14 years old
