
LPF Kiddies Club CIC is an out-of-school club providing safe spaces during school holidays to help children and young people build social, emotional, and life skills. We support African and Caribbean heritage children aged
5–14, and their families residing in the boroughs of Greenwich and Bexley, with a particular focus on Abbey Wood, Thamesmead, and nearby areas.
Our programmes also cater to young people aged 15–21 and offers targeted support for vulnerable young people and those at risk of permanent exclusion from mainstream education. Our key initiatives include a Summer School, STEM and Science projects, Art programmes, African and Caribbean Cultural Awareness workshops and event, Black History studies, employability and entrepreneurship skills development. We also run family learning activities, parent support groups, a women’s network, and community events.
LPF Kiddies Club developes the competence, confidence, connections and character of children and young people in caring and culturally appropriate environments. Our mission is to nurture potential, promote cultural identity, empower future leaders, and improve life chances for children and families through early intervention and educational enrichment.

The Abbey Wood & Thamesmead Black Parent’s Forum is an advocacy and support group for parents of children attending schools in the Greenwich or Bexley Boroughs. The forum provides guidance, workshops, and events focused on parenting, family learning, mainstream education, school exclusions, and additional relevant topics.

The Jeans and Heels Divas Club is a networking club for women in business.

Black History 365 - A celebration of African & Caribbean Art, History, Heritage and Culture.

Access to Art is LPF Kiddies Club Arts project which enhances the participation of children from disadvantaged backgrounds in art and cultural experiences through organised workshops, events, and day trips. These activities are designed to increase cultural capital and expand opportunities for creative expression.

LPF Kiddies Club's Cultured Curls project is confidence building project designed to promote cultural pride and self love.

LPF Kiddies Club's STEM Heroes Club is committed to inspiring children and young people to explore science, technology, engineering, and mathematics through engaging activities, workshops and hands on events. Our objective is to challenge stereotypes and facilitate pathways to STEM higher education and careers for participants.
Our Staff
All our staff are recruited for their individual specialised skills in line with the National Standards. All staff have significant experience of working with children or are parents themselves and comply with EYFS requirements for registered childcare.
All our staff and volunteers have been DBS checked and have undergone safeguarding training.
