CULTURED CURLS PROJECT
The Cultured Curls project is an empowerment programme supporting Black girls to become confident young women and future industry leaders.
Cultured Curls was ceated to provide safe, creative, and supportive spaces which foster healing, resilience, and leadership while tackling societal biases. We provide mentorship, leadership, personal development, STEM education, mental health support, and platforms for creative expression to ensure Black girls can thrive.
We host workshops and events where girls are able to study S.T.E.A.M, entrepreneurship, African heritage, history and culture in ways which gives them a strong sense of self identity; empowers them to build their confidence and self-esteem and inspires them to pursue careers in these fields.
